Tim Davies

Tim Davies joined Pavilion in January of 2017 as a Development Associate. A fourth-generation commercial developer, he manages budgets, coordinates due diligence, and works on project approval, among other special projects. Mr. Davies graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation Tourism Management.

Prior to joining Pavilion, Mr. Davies was an intern for Ballantyne Resort in Charlotte, North Carolina and IPTAY in Clemson, South Carolina. Mr. Davies is actively involved with Forest Hill Church, where he is a life group leader
